Melt Cosmetics Blue Dream is a slightly warm-toned, light aqua with a sparkle finish. It is a limited edition eyeshadow.

Blue Dream is a pale aqua with subtle, warm undertones and cooler, bluish-aqua sparkle. It had semi-opaque, buildable pigmentation but was best applied with a dampened brush or fingertips to maximize coverage as well as to ensure a more even application of product. The consistency was denser, almost too thick/dense, and didn't play as well with brushes as a result. It stayed on nicely for eight and a half hours on me before creasing faintly and had a touch of fallout over time.
