You Slay is a deep red with warm undertones and a satin finish. It was richly pigmented and had a smooth, more emollient consistency that was a little harder to work with o n the lid as it tended to move around--almost like a cream eyeshadow. I was able to work with it and get the edges to blend out without losing intensity, but it wasn't quite as effortless to work with compared to the other shades in the palette. It stayed on well for eight hours on me before fading noticeably.
