Over the Top is a deep, reddish brown with subtle, warm undertones and a matte finish. It had nearly opaque pigmentation paired with a smooth, velvety texture that wasn't powdery at all but was still very blendable on the lid. The color faded noticeably on me after eight hours of wear.
