Nostalgic is a beautiful shimmery color and it performed well the first time I used it, however it quickly crumbled into dust in the pan after that. I'm a little mystified because I did not get it wet or anything. I also own other MUG foiled shadows that haven't had this issue. I don't know if I got a dud or what, but for $10 I expect it to hold up a little better. I make my own eye shadows and from a quality control standpoint, this batch never should have made it to customers. I will re-press it myself.

Out of all of the eyeshadows I own from makeup geek this one cost the most and impressed me the least. The color in the pan is my favorite and so beautiful. I only wish that it swatched & wore the same. It comes off so much lighter with little pigment, yet costs almost twice as much as the original & duochrome shades. Why?

Stunning. So pigmented and creamy, have never had a shadow like this.

SO I made an order on makeup geek, and thought why not try out the new foiled eyeshadows.... well I'm SO glad that I did! Out of the few that I had ordered 'In The Spotlight' had to been my favorite! Of course I had to try it on right away and its good for everything. At least for my skin tone I'm a Medium skin tone so I can use this as a shadow on the lid but I can also use this as a cheek highlight with a light hand. It did not crease on me but I'm a very dry skin gal, its so soft and smooth and for the price I say its worth it because you only need the smallest amount. I loved the others that I ordered as well, Also check out.... 1. Flame Thrower 2. Grandstand those are amazing as well!
