Make Up For Ever 4 Frozen Green is a slightly warm-toned, light duochrome with a metallic finish. It is a permanent highlighter that retails for $21.00 and contains 0.02 oz.
Make Up For Ever 4 Frozen Green Star Lit Powder ($21.00 for 0.02 oz.) is a cool, pinkish white base with gold-to-green shifting shimmer. The consistency was incredibly silky and finely-milled with a lot of very fine pearl that reflected light beautifully. The duochrome effect was noticeable more in person than in photos but was absolutely visible in person (and not just by contorting myself). It had semi-sheer, buildable coverage applied dry and more opaque coverage when applied damp. The highlighter lasted well for eight and a half hours on me.
The Star Lit Powders can be used to "highlight eyes, lips and cheeks" with an "ultra-fine loose powder" that can be used "wet or dry to customize coverage intensity and luminosity." While checking the weight on these, I noticed that the weight differs from shade to shade; this one had a mere 0.02 oz. while others ranged from 0.03 oz. to 0.09 oz. (visually, by volume, they seemed to fill the jars regardless of the weight differences between shades). I also noticed that it appears the brand identifies what area you can use a shade on by listing an icon on the back of the jar in the shape of a pair of lips, an eyeball, and then a face (presumably for cheeks).
