Flicker is a medium, muted orange with warm, brownish undertones and a metallic sheen and a faint, peach-to-pink sparkle that was more apparent at certain angles. The texture was smooth to the touch and felt almost wet, as it had some slip, but it wasn't thick or difficult to apply. The eyeshadow sat well on my bare lids and stayed in place for eight and a half hours and did not seem to have fallout.
