Lightning Bug is a medium-dark, coppery brown with large flecks of copper sparkle. It had semi-opaque pigmentation with a moderately emollient consistency, which was likely why the base color wasn't fully opaque. There was a noticeable grit to the texture as there was just a ton of the micro-glitter/glitter in it. Luckily, the cream formula excelled at keeping the majority of those glittery bits intact throughout the ten hours of wear--there was just a minor amount of fallout after all was said and done.
