Make Up For Ever I538 Pearly Gray Beige Artist Color Shadow ($17.00 for 0.08 oz.) is a light-medium, golden brown with warm undertones and a metallic sheen. It had excellent pigmentation with a smooth, lightly creamy texture that applied beautifully to the skin and diffused easily along the edges. The texture was moderately dense in the pan but not too firmly nor too softly pressed in the pan, which made for easy application. It wore well for 10 hours on me before creasing faintly. The new version is slightly lighter and more shimmery than the original shade (see side-by-side comparison).
