MAC Date-Maker Powder Kiss Liquid Lipcolour ($24.00 for 0.17 oz.) is a medium-dark peach with moderate, warm undertones and a satin finish. It had opaque color coverage in a single layer, but the consistency was more prone to gathering along imperfections and sank a touch into my deeper lip lines.
When I pressed my lips together, it seemed to pill up a bit, too. I tried to apply product just to the center of my lips (especially working around the curvature of the cupid's bow), and then I used my fingertips to pull and diffuse product outward, it applied much more smoothly and didn't pill or ball up at all. The consistency felt velvety, smooth, and thicker without being heavy, though I felt like it clung a bit so I was more aware that the product was on my lips for the first few hours of wear. It lasted for five and a half hours and felt non-drying over time.
