MAC Practice Makes Perfect is a very cool-toned, dark teal with a pearl finish. It is a limited edition eyeliner that retails for $17.00 and contains 0.012 oz.
MAC Practice Makes Perfect Technakohl Liner ($17.50 for 0.012 oz.) is described as a "deep blue-green." It's a muted, medium-dark blue with a hint of silver sparkle over a mostly matte finish. It had semi-sheer pigmentation that didn't build to much more coverage than that. The texture was very dry, stiff, and difficult to apply evenly. On me, it wore well for eight hours. This shade has been released before, though the version from this collection is much drier, and subsequently, worse. See comparison swatches / compare dupes side-by-side.
The liner’s enduring formula features a unique combination of plant-derived waxes, providing a soft, comfortable feel, while staying smudge-resistant for up to eight hours. Whatever your style, get ready to line it up.
