In Control is a muted, medium-dark rosy-brown with warm undertones and a matte finish. It had semi-opaque color coverage with a waxy consistency that was easy enough to maneuver around the edges of the lips but did not work as well for filling in color, as it looked uneven and tugged quite a bit. Once on, the color lasted for eight hours, as described, but it was rather drying on its own. Urban Decay Manic (P, $20.00) is brighter, cooler (85% similar).
