MAC Modern Mandarin Blush ($21.00 for 0.21 oz.) is described as a "red-orange." It's a medium-dark orange with warm, red undertones and a soft, frosted finish. This shade was more shimmery than the rest, and I felt like the permanent edition was just a tiny bit more shimmery than my original version (not enough to seem like a genuine difference, more like a batch variation) as well as slightly more blendable. It had great color payoff, while the texture of the powder was soft, smooth, and blendable. I really liked how consistent these blushes were across the board. Modern Mandarin managed to last eight hours on me before fading. Chanel Presage (62) (LE, $38.00) is a cream, lighter, no shimmer. Tom Ford Beauty Savage (P, $55.00) is darker.
