MAC Neptune Nail Lacquer ($17.50 for 0.34 fl. oz.) is described as a "tarnished gold." It's a medium-dark, frosted aged gold with yellowy undertones and a green-ish/brown sheen. It reminded me a lot of MAC's Old Gold pigment in nail polish form. It had fully opaque color in two coats, and it applied evenly and had very minimal brush strokes. Revlon Rose Gold (LE, $8.49) is much more muted. MAC Immortal Gold (LE, $16.00) is cooler-toned. ORLY Flare (P, $5.00) has larger shimmer, different finish. See comparison swatches / view dupes.
