MAC Marble Faun is a moderately warm-toned, very light gold with a sparkle finish. It is a limited edition lipgloss that retails for $21.00 and contains 0.1 oz.

MAC Marble Faun Lipglass ($17.50 for 0.1 oz.) has a translucent base with white and light gold pearl and larger flecks of sparkle. It had "semi-sheer" coverage in the form of sparkle, which dispersed evenly across my lips. There was some milkiness to the base color (hence translucent and not clear), as there was a bit of whitish product in my lip lines. MAC's formula does have sheerer and more opaque shades, but they infrequently describe them as sheer (when it seems like the shade was intended as sheer).
The consistency was smooth, light-medium in thickness but not heavy to wear, and it had moderate tackiness. It was comfortable to wear for the three and a half hours it lasted for and was hydrating over time.
