Vivacious Vacuum Cleaner Bag is described as a "deep navy [with a Frost finish]." It's a blackened navy blue that leaens purple with a soft, frosted finish. It's really more like this mix of black, blue, and purple to me--even in the pan, it's less of your true navy blue. It had fairly good color payoff, and the texture was a little dry but not too difficult to use. It lasted for eight hours on me before fading. Too Faced Heavy Metal (P, $16.00) is warmer. theBalm #5 (P, $6.50) is lighter. Ardency Inn Purple Hearts (P, $32.00) is similar. Chanel Apparition (LE, $36.00) is a cream product.
