MAC Shock Factor Eyeshadow ($16.00 for 0.05 oz.) is described as a "lime green [with a Matte finish]." It's a bright, light-medium chartreuse green with warm, yellow undertones and a matte finish. It had semi-sheer pigmentation with a dusty, chalky consistency that was hard to work with. It looked uneven and dry on the skin--with or without primer!--and I could not seem to get it to look decent at all. I even patted it over eyeliner, and it made it look terrible.
