Dark Brew is described as a "deep chocolate with pink pearl [with a Velvet finish]." It is a medium-dark, chocolaty brown with warm, yellow-red undertones and a satin finish--almost matte. The texture was soft and silky, while the color payoff was really nice. Laura Mercier Truffle (P, $23.00) is lighter, yellower-toned. LORAC Sable (P) is darker.
