Blooming Mad is described as a "mid-tone ultra violet [with a Frost finish]." It's a light-medium, fuchsia-lavender with cool undertones and a pearly sheen. It had decent color payoff, but it could have been a bit softer and pigmented. This shade lasted for seven and a half hours on me. Illamasqua Charm (P) is similar. Tarina Tarantino Fantastical #2 (P) is darker, less shimmery. NARS Rage (LE, $24.00) is darker. MAC Violet Impact (LE, $15.00) is darker. CoverGirl Blazing Purple (340) (P, $4.99) is lighter. L'Oreal With a Twist (LE, $7.99) is more frosted, purpler. Urban Decay Grifter (P, $18.00) is lighter, more glittery. MAC Stars ‘n’ Rockets (P, $15.00) is very similar.
