Gold Me Closer is a bright, medium yellowy gold with moderate, warm undertones and a bright, metallic finish. It had semi-opaque color coverage in one layer, which could be built up to full coverage if desired or buffed out for sheerer coverage if preferred. It had flashes of lavender and paler gold pearl throughout, though I didn't get much of a shift or anything.
It had an intense, metallic sheen that stopped just shy of emphasizing my skin's natural texture. The powder had a smooth, blendable consistency that was dense and firm but not stiff to work with. It lasted well for eight and a half hours before fading a bit.
