Dream Girl #4 is a muted, medium-dark bluish-teal with a mostly matte finish. The texture was powdery and thin, which made this apply poorly on bare skin. It was better patted over another shade or else applied over an eyeshadow primer or white base. It showed signs of fading after six and a half hours on me.
