Brulee is a medium beige with warm undertones and a matte finish. The texture was incredibly velvety and silky to the touch, but there was still substance so it didn't just sheer away to nothing on my skin (without primer). It had excellent pigmentation, blended well, and stayed on for seven and a half hours on me.
