Blackout is a muted, blackened green with subtle, warm undertones and a mostly matte finish. Again, there was barely-there shimmer throughout the eyeshadow that wasn't noticeable in person. It was richly pigmented and had a velvety texture that was soft, blendable, and easy to work with, though it appeared less greenish in practice. This shade wore nicely for seven and a half hours.
