Black Tie Attire #3 is a medium brown with warm undertones and a frosted finish. The texture was dustier, so it looked a bit drier when I swatched it, but it seemed to "melt" on my lids and did not appear dry or dusty in practice. It had opaque color coverage and started to fade after seven hours of wear.
