It's extremely similar to Kat Von D's Shade + Light Contour PalettE, though these were even more matte (in general) and LORAC's palette contains an overtly shimmery highlighter. Kat Von D's palette doesn't include a brush (though she has one designed for the palette) and is $45/0.72 oz., so they're similarly sized, but you'll find the six shades in Shade + Light are the same size.
