Linda Hallberg Cosmetics Metallic Mysteries Eyeshadow Quad ($59.00 for 0.88 oz.) contains a wet/dry formula that are designed to be "highly pigmented" and the finish seems to be what intensifies when used with a damp brush. The pigmentation of two shades was fairly pigmented either way, but two shades were less pigmented when used dry. Otherwise, the textures were great--smooth, blendable, dense without being too firmly pressed--and easy to use with good, eight-hour wear across the board.
