Lethal Cosmetics Hertz Side FX Gel Liner ($15.50 for 0.17 oz.) is a deep, yellowy mustard with hints of warm, brown paired with a matte finish. The gel eyeliner had opaque color payoff in a single stroke, which applied evenly to my lash line and wasn't prone to migrating or settling into fine lines. It dried down quickly, and it did seem to have such a matte finish that it emphasized my skin texture slightly, though not particularly noticeable from a normal viewing distance. It didn't show signs of fading or wearing down after 10 hours of wear.
