Sante is described as a "brown matte." It's a soft, medium brown with warm undertones and a mostly matte finish. The powder had a thin, dusty texture with semi-sheer coverage. It was harder to build this shade up for me in practice, though I was almost able to get medium coverage (no primer, of course). While it seems dusty, it does blend well on the skin.
