Echo

Echo is a medium-dark, violet purple with cool, blue undertones and silver sparkle over a matte finish. The sparkle gets lost, as it doesn't bind with the underlying powder. It had semi-sheer to semi-opaque, slightly buildable, color payoff, but this was definitely a shade that needed something to adhere to (like a primer or base product). I tried to pack it on and only blend minimally, but it still sheered out a lot. It faded within seven hours of wear. Sephora Night Owl (93) (DC, $10.00) is less shimmery, warmer (95% similar).
