Chad

Chad is a deep, cobalt blue with cool undertones and a mostly matte finish. The pigmentation was decent and somewhat buildable, but the texture was drier, dusty, and very prone to sheering out and lifting up other colors layered underneath it, even over primer. I expected the intensity to come through better applied, but it wasn't the case. The only way I felt this was workable was patted onto the lid for opaque coverage but using other shades to blend the edges and around it. It lasted for seven and a half hours on me.
