Kaleidos Scorpion Fruit Cloud Lab Lip Clay ($12.00 for 0.08 oz.) is a deep, purpled-black with cool undertones and a matte finish. It had semi-opaque, buildable pigmentation that was best applied in thin layers with the second layer applied after the first layer had a chance to fully dry down (about five minutes).
The liquid lipstick had a smooth, velvety feel that was very lightweight, almost airy, and didn't emphasize lip texture, though it settled a bit into my deeper lip lines and had to be diffused with a fingertip after a few minutes (but before it set). It stayed on well for five hours and felt neither drying nor hydrating on me.
