Sparkling Frose is a medium, plummy brown with warmer undertones and a sparkling, metallic finish. It had opaque pigmentation when applied with fingertips, as recommended by the brand, but I was also able to achieve mostly opaque, buildable coverage with a brush (my preferred method as it gives me more precision!). The eyeshadow had a denser, smooth consistency that wasn't too firmly pressed nor too thick/heavy on my lid. It had a smidgen of fallout when I blended around the edges, and then it had very little fallout over the eight and a half hours it lasted well for.
