Jouer Skinny Dip Ultra Foil Shimmer Shadows Palette ($40.00 for 0.26 oz.) includes six, "intense, shimmering metallic" eyeshadows that can be used together or as a "glittering accent." They're supposed to be long-wearing, highly pigmented, and crease-resistant; and the founder also stated that the formula could be "used as a liner with its wet-to-dry finish," which I read as that it could also be used damp. The formula was lovely to work with as long as you enjoy an intense shine with moderate to high amounts of sparkle. All six eyeshadows had semi-opaque to opaque pigmentation, were blendable, easy to use, and long-wearing. They worked well with a dampened brush as well, but it did not seem like a must in order to enjoy the palette by any means.
