Jouer Citrine is a moderately warm-toned, light peach with a luminous finish. It is a highlighter that is permanent in this palette: Citrine/Rose Quartz/Topaz.

Citrine is a light-medium peach with warm, orange undertones and a soft, luminous sheen. It wasn't as metallic nor as shiny as most of Jouer's powder highlghters have been in my experience. it had good pigmentation with a soft, blendable texture that wasn't as finely-milled or as cream-like compared to other shades, but it never emphasized my skin's texture. It wore well for eight and a half hours on me.
