Jouer Shibuya High Pigment Lip Gloss ($17.00 for 0.21 fl. oz.) is a bright, orange-red with warm undertones and a cream finish. It had intense color payoff that applied evenly, but there were noticeable streaks along the edges where I tried to keep the color precise. The texture was smooth, non-sticky, and creamy while also being rather thin on the lips. There wasn't much noticeable settling in my lip lines, as it was so bright and shiny. This shade stayed on well for four and a half hours and was moisturizing over time.
