ILNP Juliette Ultra Metallic Nail Polish ($10.00 for 0.4 oz.) is a light-medium pink base with rose gold sparkles and flaky holographic sparkle throughout. It was generously packed with sparkles, so it had the effect of a glittery polish with a smoother finish. It's very reflective and dimensional, so I can see why it is one of the top selling shades from ILNP.
The consistency was smooth, fluid, and easy to work with as each coat applied evenly, self-leveled, and dispersed the sparkles well. I didn't see the coverage notated, but other shades with the same type of finish are listed as having maximum coverage in two to three coats. In the swatches, I've applied two coats using Deborah Lipmann Gel Lab Pro base and top coats, which seemed to get me opaque coverage, though it was so sparkle-heavy that it was hard to discern if the base was really opaque or if it was all the sparkle (does it matter?!). I wore this shade for 10 days and had minor tip wear and no chips.
