ILNP Caesar Ultra Metallic Nail Polish ($10.00 for 0.4 oz.) is a blackened olive base with lighter olive sparkles and flaky holographic sparkle. The lighter olive sparkles seemed more in the background until light was directly on the center of my nail, and then they really came to the foreground and made it appear like a dirty gold (in a good way) hue.
The consistency was fluid without pooling along the edges, which made it easy to control, even on my smallest nails. The sparkles distributed evenly with each coat, while the base color deepened to a true-to-bottle color after two coats. Per the brand, it has its maximum coverage in two to three coats. In the swatches, I've applied two coats using Deborah Lipmann Gel Lab Pro base and top coats, and this achieved full coverage. I wore this shade for 10 days and had minor tip wear and no chips.
