Electric #8 is a bright, light-medium blue with subtle, cool undertones and a metallic sheen. It was richly pigmented but had a very dense, almost cream-like texture that didn't layer as well with the thinner mattes. On its own, it was more workable, but it took extra effort to move and blend out the edges. This shade lasted for eight hours on me.
