Electric #4 is a bright, dark cobalt with cool undertones and a metallic sheen. It had nearly opaque color payoff in a single layer, and I didn't feel like it built up that well but could be opaque if applied with a dampened brush, which was also how I felt the product went on more smoothly as the eyeshadow was quite dense and a bit thick overall. This shade stayed on well for eight and a half hours before creasing faintly.
