Electric #3 is a bright, medium orange with warm, reddish undertones and a matte finish. The pigmentation was nearly opaque, and it was buildable to full coverage on the lid. The texture was thin, slightly dusty in the pan, but it applied evenly to the lid and blended out nicely. It wore well for eight and a half hours before fading noticeably.
