It had nearly opaque color coverage in a single layer, which adhered evenly and applied smoothly across my lips. The consistency was lightweight, velvety, and thin without being clingy--it was one of the more comfortable (and flattering) shades in the range on my lips. It stayed on well for five hours and was neither drying nor hydrating on me.
