Giorgio Armani Incognito (06) Eye Quattro Eyeshadow Palette ($60.00 for 0.12 oz.) is a new, permanent set of earthy neutral tones; three shades had definite shimmer, while the deepest shade had more of a natural matte finish--not flat but not shimmery either. The four shades complemented each other, and I felt like the pop of green added dimension without being a punch of color (and so it still ended up being a more "wearable" take on green). Giorgio Armani's newest formula has a much more silicone-heavy feel: velvety, smooth, less dusty, and not as thin, which I think is an upgrade overall.
