Evil Genie is a bright, medium blue with "warmer" undertones and a sparkling, frosted finish. It had good color coverage in a single layer, but it was hard to blend out due to the amount of silicone in it, which gave the eyeshadow a lot of slip on the lid and caused it to apply patchily. The texture was quite dense and needed a heavy-handed approach to get product onto a brush. It lasted nicely for seven and a half hours on me.
