Estee Lauder x Victoria Beckham Eye Palette ($95.00 for 0.25 oz.) contains six, shimmery eyeshadows that feature a wet/dry powder formula. I think if you like more pigmented eyeshadows that are blendable and wear well, you will enjoy this palette. That being said, there was not much of a difference between wet and dry for most shades; a couple of shades became more metallic and one had better color payoff applied damp. The formula was soft, smooth, and finely-milled and felt almost velvety to the touch, as it didn't kick up powder but wasn't really dense or cream-like either.
