Tisse Paris #4 is described as an "intense slate grey." It's a deep, dark gray with a silver and teal metallic shimmer-sheen finish. The texture was somewhat dry, which made blending more difficult (I think it needs a more velvety base to do well) and resulted in semi-opaque pigmentation applied dry.
