Top It Off is a bright, medium gold with moderate, warm yellow undertones and a sparkling, metallic finish. The texture was lightly creamy, dense but not too thick, and yielded to a dry brush (though a dampened brush or fingertip would certainly amplify the finish!). It had rich color coverage that adhered well to bare skin, though there was a touch of fallout when I blended it out. This shade stayed on well for eight and a half hours before fading noticeably.
