Who's-It is described as a "glittering white." It's a semi-sheer, shimmery white with neutral-to-warm undertones. I wouldn't describe it as glittery; perhaps sparkly but the shimmer seems finer than sparkle. I didn't have any issues with fall out from this shade. There's no shortage of shimmery white eyeshadows on the market, but a few of the closer dupes I found were:Â Disney Ball Gown, which was a touch cooler; MAC How to Marry, which is slightly more pigmented; and NARS Flowers 1 #1, which is cooler-toned.
