House of Dreams #3 is a bright, light-medium silver with a sparkling, metallic shine. The eyeshadow had a smooth, moderately dense texture that felt a little more emollient compared to the other shades, which aided in adhesion as there was very minimal fallout when applied with a dry brush. It had opaque pigmentation that wore well for eight hours before fading noticeably.
