Black Bow #3 is a deep black with neutral undertones and a matte finish. The eyeshadow was richly pigmented with a soft, silky consistency that wasn't too firmly nor too softly-pressed into the pan, so it adhered evenly, kept its coverage but blended readily along the edges and into the other shades near it. This shade lasted well for eight hours before fading a bit.
