Dior Rose Garden (451) Eyeshadow Palette ($63.00 for 0.15 oz.) is a new, limited edition palette for spring. The eyeshadow formula feels different than their standard, permanent eyeshadow formula but similar to the formula used in the limited edition holiday palettes--more in the vein of MAC Extra Dimension and NARS Dual Intensity--but I couldn't find anything from Dior that indicated these are actually wet/dry, though for your perusal, I swatched them both dry (left) and damp (right), so this review only covers dry application. I think that the eyeshadows perform much better damp, though, or with primer, as they run crumbly and/or powdery, so they tended to look a little dry or uneven applied to the lid as-is.
