Dior Rising Star (09) DiorSkin Nude Luminizer ($48.00 for 0.21 oz.) is a soft, peachy-pink with warm undertones and a lightly sparkly, luminous sheen. It had a soft, smooth consistency that was dense without being dry or too firmly pressed in the pan, so the powder picked up well with a brush, spread and blended out nicely but did not have excess product that kicked up in the pan. It had nearly opaque pigmentation, though it could easily be applied with a lighter hand if preferred. It wore well for eight and a half hours on me before fading noticeably.
I've been waiting for this to launch in the US, and it might have for all my Dior-stalking has done for me, but I haven't personally seen it in stock. I bought mine from Selfridges a month or two ago, and it is available through Harrods presently.
